DAVID WELLS - ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

In addition to returning for his 5th year as the Artistic Director of the Temecula Valley Master Chorale, and various orchestras and choir ensembles, David Wells is currently Director of Music Ministry at Redlands Church of Christ

David holds a Bachelors Degree in Vocal Performance from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at Cal State Long Beach and a Masters Degree in Choral Conducting from Cal State University, Fullerton. At Cal State Fullerton, he worked as a Faculty Assistant Conductor for the Opera, Women's Choir, Concert Choir, and the University Singers. Both schools have provided opportunities for David to travel the world performing choral music.

Former leadership engagements include Conductor of the Capistrano Valley Christian Schools High School Choir in San Juan Capistrano, CA, Operations Manager of the Long Beach Camerata Singers, Director of Music and Worship at Trabuco Presbyterian Church, founder of the Mission Viejo Youth Choir and Director of Music and Worship at Los Altos United Methodist Church.

When David is not being a father, he conducts; when he's not conducting he sings professionally, composes, plays golf, records music at his in home recording studio, and buys and sells antiques.
